Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar and Home Minister Rajnath Singh today commissioned the 105metre vessel ICGS Sarathi in Goa. The in-house-designed warship will undertake maritime surveillance, search and rescue operations and pollution control operations. The ship is capable of carrying one twin-engine light helicopter and five high speed boats.
